In my self-imposed “exile” (see previous post), I’ve been doing some wool gathering. Turns out while my appetite has disappeared, to the extent I purposely eat extremely healthy food, rationalizing since nothing really tastes good I might as well eat stuff with vitamins, there are in fact foods and food-related bits I still find exciting.
I’ve learned some things since becoming a food writer. Discovered. Realized. Over the next few posts I’ll share them. Today? Things that still cause me to get up out of my chair and actually take action.
